I graduated from Seneca Valley High School. 

I then attended Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, in Edinboro, PA and received my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education.

While teaching in Baltimore City, I received my Master's Degree from Loyola University of Maryland in Reading and am a certified Reading Specialist.

I taught for four years in the Baltimore City Public Schools. My husband got a job transfer and we moved back to Pennsylvania. After returning home, I taught one year at the Crawford County READ Program working in Adult Education, and then one year as a long term substitute in the Seneca Valley School District before accepting a job here at Greenville. This is my tenth year teaching in the Greenville Area School District. 

I was born and raised in Cranberry Township, but currently live in Hempfield Township. A few years ago, my husband and I were blessed with our first daughter, Jacqueline Rose. She is the light of our lives! In my spare time I like to spend time with my family, read, and travel.
